We began by discussing the potential "blowback" from the now famous publicity stunt performed by Ernest Hancock, local libertarian who along with Chris B. planned and performed the open carry of an AR-15 during Obama's presentation to Veterans.
From there, we were provided updates by Jim March regarding his efforts in Pima County, AZ.
We touched on the proposed Cybersecurity Act and its implications, and finally got in to the meat of our discussion on laws and rights, which will be continued on a future episode.

Why was John Mackey Attacked?
John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods, published an article on the Wall Street Journal discussing the benefits of their new health coverage, and of government butting out in general. He was promptly attacked by nothing more than rhetoric. We discuss these various points
Arizona HCR 2014
Nancy Barto, the sponsor of perhaps the single best defense against socialized healthcare joined us to discuss HCR 2014, the Arizona Healthcare Freedom Act. This bill will appear on the ballot as an initiative so we can vote "Yes" and amend the Arizona State Constitution.

First, Richard, Nick and Jim discussed some hot topics including why the media is defending the government's health care plan? Whatever happened to investigative journalism? Who is getting paid off. Why do we even need a "MAINSTREAM" media?
We were than joined by Bob Barr, last year's Libertarian presidential nominee, and discussed privacy issues and how the new health care bill will affect your privacy rights. Bob wrote a recent article on potential DNA databases at the hospital. Where is that blood sample going when you have a newborn? Will your entire medical record soon become government property?
