After a one-week hiatus, we're back! And this show is jam-packed full of good tidbits.
We kick it off with a discussion of "reasonable suspicion" vs. "probable cause" in the context of Arizona's controversial new immigration law, SB1070.
From there, were discuss competition in the U.S. Post Service. Nick and Richard pit the USPS website against the Fedex website to see whether public sector or private sector services stack up higher.
And finally, we discuss the is/ought dichotomy, something that should create a lot of "Oh, that makes a lot of sense; I always knew that, but never thought about it in those terms" reactions.

We know that legal monopolies are bad. Where they exist, consumers face lower quality and higher costs. This economic principle is universal. So long as a provider has no incentive to provide satisfaction, they won't. Why is it that people recognize this in the market, but not in government?
