Greg Tripoli, candidate for the Phoenix City Council in district 3, joins us to answer some tough questions about his candidacy the role of local government.  Jim received a questionaire in the mail from the NRA with slanted questions that were generally pretty easy to answer, so he put Nick and Richard on the spot in the last segment.

Jim and Nick begin by discussing Michael Moore and his new movie "Capitalism: A Love Story", pointing out the incorrect terminology (calling our system "capitalism") and the hypocrisy (Michael Moore making millions in the market, then denouncing the system).  We also spoke with Carrie Ann Sitren from the Goldwater Institute to receive an update on the City North case, and then with Nathan Nascimento from Arizonans In Action to discuss special districts.

Nick, Richard, and Jim cover the topics of minimum wage and wealth redistribution both from effect and from morality. It's commonly known that President Obama supports both of these concepts; but as a State Senator, he also denounced the Civil Rights Movement for not doing more in the way of granting government the power to redistribute wealth.

Today is Constitution Day, and we discussed the beginnings of the document that began this nation.  We provide insight as to the various interpretations of the Constitution, the good behind the document, and the flaws.

Last week President addressed your children during their school day. Was it to promote personal responsibility and the importance of education? According to President Obama, "if you quit on school you're not just quitting on yourself, you're quitting on your country". Perhaps his speech had another motive.
