Undercover cops arrest an undercover cop for dealing drugs.

EPA supresses an internal report that shows cooling trends over the past few years.

Obama flips flops on his health care proposals -- Senator Obama has a very different idea of health care than President Obama does.

Arizona politicians are using tax dollars to promote themselves and take advantages over challengers to their office.

Forced RFID is bad, it can be hacked more easily than most people think.

We break the economy down into the symptoms, the causes, and possible solutions.

Our scheduled guest, Bob Barr, was not able to join us.  When we contacted him at the number his office provided to us, his wife answered with, "Do you know what time it is?"  "Yes, it's time for Mr. Barr to do the interview that he was scheduled for."

Attorney Michael Kielsky joined us to discuss the similarities between the tatoo case in Tempe, Preston v. Hallman, and a case that he's fighting in the City of Mesa.  He was also able to provide some unique insight in other areas.

A new water park is scanning fingerprints, but telling its customers that the machine is a bone density scanner.

The Prestons prevailed over the City of Tempe, again.  But it appears the city will continue wasting taxpayer funds and infringing on the rights of these small business owners.

Steve Bierfeldt, Campaign For Liberty, was stopped by TSA a few months back because he was carrying large quantities of cash.  TSA detained and mishandled him for quite some time.  He joins us on today's show to discuss his experience.

Chris Spangle, Executive Director of the Indiana State LP, joins us to tell us what's going on in his state.

July 2, 2009

Our scheduled guest, Bernard von Nothaus of the Liberty Dollar, was not able to join us.  Our sources say he fell asleep at the receiver unable to cope with the time zone difference.  We tried to fill in to give the impression that he was there, but there's nothing like the real thing.

In current events, it looks as though California is shutting down some of their state parks because of their budget shortages, and the parks may be turned over to the federal printing presses.

Only 3.5% of government (public) high school students were able to pass the U.S. Citizenship test.

The City of Tempe (headed by Mayor Hugh Hallman, who ridiculously tries to attach the "libertarian" label to his name) is attempting to shut down a tatoo parlor by revoking permits that it previously issues on the grounds that it's going to attract gangs and heroine addicts.  The courts already ruled against the city, and they are now asking for a do-over.
